Richard Ryan

Richard Ryan CM, the second Vincentian Bishop in Australia, was Bishop of Geraldton WA from 1923-1926, and then Bishop of Sale Vic from 1926-1957. He was born in England in 1879, joined the Congregation of the Misssion in Ireland in 1901, and came to Australia in 1908.
