Vincentian Center for Church and Society

The Vincentian Center for Church and Society is an academic center at St. John's University. Its purposes are to promote application of Vincentian ideals; to stimulate, support, and disseminate research; to promote connections between the university and the church and community.

The Center's activities include publishing the Vincentian Center for Church and Society Journal, housing the Chair of Social Justice, sponsors the bienniel Chair of Social Justice Conference, sponsoring an ongoing series of lectures on religion and science, and sponsoring the Rosalie Rendu Roundtable on Religion and Science.
