Alice Ann O’Neill

Sister Alice Ann O'Neill, SC, cellist, is a Sister of Charity of Cincinnati. She performs and teaches the cello, chamber music, string pedagogy, and Suzuki cello at the College of Mount St. Joseph in CIncinnati.

She received a Bachelor's degree from Boston University in cello performance, a Master's in performance and Suzuki pedagogy from Western Illinois University, and a doctorate in cello performance and string pedagogy from The Ohio State University.

She has performed in profession orchestras, in chamber ensembles, and as a soloist in Spain, Italy, estonia, England, Japan and throughout the United States and Canada.

Sister Alice is also co-director of the International Research Symposium on Talent Education, actively participates in pedagogical research, and coordinates the IRSTE symposiums and research projects.
