1703 Sister J. Laboue, the 7th Superior General of the Daughters of Charity, dies. Under her leadership, Fr. Henin published the first Catechism of the Vows.

1865 Advised by Fr. Etienne, the Visitor of Varsovia sends the Sisters of Lithuania and Poland a circular letter encouraging them during the difficult time of religious persecution.

1930 Sister M. Maruice dies. She had been Superior General of the Daughters of Charity from 1912-1918
