CHAPTER IV. Prayer (C. 40-50)

S.19.--We should fulfill the following spiritual practices, traditional in the Congregation, accord-ing to the community plan: first of all, reading sacred scripture, especially the New Testament; devotion to the Holy Eucharist; mental prayer made in common; examination of conscience; spiritual reading; annual retreat; and the practice of spiritual direction.
