1633. Margarita Naseau dies in Paris. St. Vincent de Paul considered her to be the first Daughter of Charity.

1653. St. Louise wrote to a Sister who complained of not having enough time to fulfill her duty: "We always have enough time to accomplish our duty when we do not worry and when we diligently perform each task." And in 1940 the decreee introducing the cause of Mother Seton was signed.

1681. In open letter Louis XIV confirms priests of the Mission to direct seminary in Auxerre.

1806. In Paris, in Palais des Tuileries, Napoleon Bonaparte sign a decree confirming Vincentian priests to run College Albéroni in Plaisance.

1940. A decree starting inquest of Elizabeth Ann Seton case is signed.

1968. Provincial council of both Daughters of Charity provinces in the United States recommend the General Council to recognize five provinces in North America from now: North-Eastern, Central-Eastern, South-Eastern, Central-Western and Western.
