E' la causa dei martiri C.M. della persecuzione spagnola appartenenti a diverse diocesi. Lo studio dei vari Processi unificati nel 1986 si è protratto fino al 2002, anche perchè nel dicembre 1995 erano intervenute difficoltà con il Relatore della Causa e furono intrapresi lavori di approfondimento sulle testimonianze martoriali. Nel 2002 è stata consegnata la Positio super Martyrio.
