1646 Vincent speaks to the Daughters of Charity about their obligation not to impute the faults that slip into their exercises to the Sisters with whom they are living.

A group of Daughters leave for Persia. A storm arose and the sisters had to disembark the ship. A group of Muslims, seeing the dangerous situation of the sisters, dove into the water and aided the sisters to come ashore.
